Information you provide
Meridian Group collects your name, email address and optional firm name when you choose Save and continue or submit a conversation request. Saving contact details is separate from sending the final request.
How we use it
We use these details to consider your request, respond and manage the relationship. If you save your contact details and leave before sending the request, Meridian may follow up using those details.
Website measurement
Our current analytics record page views, saved-contact events and submitted-request events, with limited campaign and referring-site information and an opaque visit identifier. This integration does not send your name, email address or firm name to PostHog. Persistent cross-visit identification and email tracking are not enabled by this version of Meridian's application.
Storage and access
Request details are held in our protected operational database. Hosting, infrastructure and analytics providers help us operate the website. Request access is restricted to authorized users and necessary service operations. We retain records while needed to respond to requests and manage relationships; this version does not automatically delete them on a fixed schedule.
